Hey guys!
I am finally back after quite some long time (I guess you could tell how many exams I had to go through) which is why I am glad I am back.
I am 1 and a half week into 2i, and I just can't wait for summer to FINALLY SAY I GRADUATED.
As for now, coming back to IB means hard work, so I will keep you guys updated with a bunch of excited stuff to come. Unfortunately, I know that I will be foreseen with a tons of work in my upcoming months, which is why I have to stop blogging in a few months/weeks. Sadly.
Have a nice Tuesday x.x

How To: Study For Your Tests
Okay, so for this time, I promised you guys a post about how to study for your tests, and I finally managed to find time. (It is the last day of the springbreak, cry cry).
DISCLAIMER: I know that different types of studying is varied by different subjects. This time, I am basing it on Biology.
Make sure what to study:
You have to be exactly sure of what to study on: often in the IB you would do a test on a chapter, but ask your teacher which subtopics the test will touch upon, so you don't study unnecessarily things. (Nothing is unnecessary in the IB 😀)

| Example of showing awareness of the topics |
(i) Chronologically go through the topics
Now that you know, what you have to study, you will finally start studying. BE AWARE that some topics will of course be easier than others, and you might feel like prioritizing topics that you might find harder to understand. This is an acceptable act an, and excuse, for wanting to studying more efficiently especially due to time constraints. HOWEVER, I would advise you to determine this yourself, as people work and understand differently.
(ii) Analyze or categorize the sections
In Biology tests, you will often have to both draw and write. Divide the work to whatever you have to draw (Transmembrane phospholipid bilayer) and whatever you have to write (membrane structure). For me, it's best that the last thing I do is drawing for all the subtopics. This is because I feel like drawing is actually not the hardest part, but you decide :-)
STUDY, STUDY AND STUDY
Time to study! Don't hurry through the topics! Make sure you understand them! You could help yourself understand better by writing in hand than on a computer. This is not scientifically proven, but I have done this for past few tests, and I do feel like this has worked incredibly! Look in the book, on the internet, and also go on a YouTube streak to search for Biology videos. While you're there, you can go and check out my YT-channel w/ videos about the topics in Bio, that I am doing with a friend. BioTaughtByIBGirls 😉
Nail it or fail it?
I just came up with that sentence. Nail it, or fail it. Haha. Anyway, what I am trying to say is that, after all that studying and hard work, you have nothing to fear, just go and take that test. No, but, seriously, I understand that you get nervous, we all do at some point, but if you fail it, we can only say that we have studied and tried our best (and DO NOT LOSE HOPE: DON'T - LET IT BE YOUR MOTIVATOR. WHEN PEOPLE TELL YOU, THAT YOU DID BAD, YOU GON' TELL THEM THAT YOU WILL DO BETTER!!🔥), and if we nail it, then HURRAY WOOHOO SO HAPPY CONGRATULATIONS, THE WORK FINALLY PAID OFF.

Soon springbreak
Hey, it is soon springbreak here in Denmark!
First off, I have to finish my history IA before I can go on vacation! :-) I can't wait, it is only four days away!
Well, I don't have much to say, this week, but I did say that I will blog about how to study for tests. I will do that, when I finally will have time to it. For now, you have to wait.
See ya x.x

MUN in Nyborg
Hallo xx!
I'm back after a week at MUNNY (Mun held in Nyborg, Denmark). It has been another pleasure to be, simple amazing. (Very happy to have been participating as a Judge in ICJ). The MUNNY conference went for 5 days with committees and councils drafting resolutions to save the world. During our stay, we stayed at an elementary school with access to kitchen and showers. We slept in classrooms, that were pretty big. It was very hard to end MUNNY because you became so attached to the new people, the Gymnasium and the school we stayed at. But I guess it was in the end okay, since we had had been doing hardwork for five days and had to go school the next say.
I am very much looking forward to the next MUN conference, that I am going to attend with my classmates. (Still unknown) :-)
Best regards!

Back..
Hello!
First of all, I apologize for not blogging since 11 of January. As of being an IB-student, you all expected me not to blog for a while, and so I have accomplished :-) Jokes aside, I had some busy weeks coming along with my IOP and my IA and also some tests and homework alongside. Today it is sunday and the vinter vacation is slowly starting, and I am feeling great! :-) BUT, I have so many things to do yet, tonight I have a BIO assignment due, and I have to complete my FOA, do the rest of my IA, think about my TOK presentation, do Bio videos. Yeah it'll be very busy.
How's your life doing, guys? :-)
